Berry Engineering
Company Profile

Berry Engineering specializes in the manufacturing of custom machine parts and is dedicated to quality products and high customer satisfaction. We can assist you in product design, and we can review your design for manufacturability and cost-effectiveness to assure the highest-quality end product.

In 1972, Jerry Berry created Associated Engineering, which defined itself as a leader in precision machining and fabrication, earning government approval level MIL-45208A. He has since established Berry Engineering to focus on his company's strengths in precision machining, and is one of the first in Orange County to use Computer Numerical Control machining.

Our complex, precision machining allowed us to operate within strict control standards and government specifications, required by the aerospace and computer industries. We have worked with aerospace giants McDonnell Douglas, Hughes Aircraft and Rockwell International, Hydraflow, as well as Lear Siegler, Basic Four and Printonix. In earlier years, our exacting product designs earned us affiliations with ICU Medical, Shiley, McGaw and Bentley Laboratories.

Jerry Berry was involved in the original mechanical design of the unique aerobic exercise bike used in commercial sports clubs around the country, and manufactured over 75,000 lifecycles for Life Fitness. Twelve years of aerobic equipment expertise evolved into an association with Tectrix Fitness Equipment, establishing a new standard of performance and reliability in commercial stairclimber machines.

Berry Engineering is a recognized leader of part sourcing, precision machining, and system design. We are continuing our history of high standards by acquiring the newest and latest design equipment because we believe in the strength of long-term alliances with our clients.
